Blueberry Latice Bars

1 cup margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
2 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla
FILLING
3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
Recipe
In bowl mix butter, sugar, add egg, mix well. Add flour, and vanilla.. Cover and put in fridge for 2 hours.
In a pot bring the blueberries sugar, and cornstarch to a slow boil, Cook and stir for 2 minutes till thickened.
Roll 2/3 of the dough in a rectangle 14 x 10.place in greased baking dish. Top with filling. Roll out rest of dough 1/4 inch thick. Cut into 1/2 inch wide strips. Make a latice crust over filling.
Bake 375 oven 30 - 35 min or till top is golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
