Caramel - Pecan Cookies

2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda

Combine flour and baking soda together and set aside.

1 softened stick of butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup half and half
1 tablespoon vanilla



Recipe



Beat together butter, sugar, brown sugar. Add in egg, half and half, and vanilla. Beat in flour mixture slowly.

Then add 1 cup chopped toasted pecans and 8 ounces Rolo candies cut in half.

Drop dough by tablespoons 2 inches apart onto baking sheets and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

Cool on racks .. makes 3 dozen
