1 can apple pie filling
1 (16 oz) can pumpkin
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
18 gingersnaps
1 TBS melted butter
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spoon apple filling into 6 ramekins. In a large bowl, mix pumpkinm eggs, milk, and spices, Spoon evenly over apple pie filling, Combine crumbs with butter and sprinkle over pumpkin mixture. Place ramekins on jelly roll pan and place in oven. Bake for 10 minutes at 400°F. Reduce heat to 350° F, then bake 15 minutes more until set. Refrigerate any leftovers.
