7 oz.semisweet chocolate,coarsely chopped
1 c.heavy cream
1 large egg,well beaten
2 tsp.vanilla




Recipe

sliced bananas,whipped cream & chocolate sprinkles, for garnish

In a medium saucepan,melt the chocolate with the cream,stirring constantly.Whisking constantly,stir in the beaten egg & cook,continuing to stir til bubbles appear on the surface.Remove from the heat.

Pour the mixture into a blender,add the vanilla & mix on high speed for 1 minute.

Pour the chocolate cream into dessert cups or glasses & chill til ready to serve.Serve garnished with banana slices,whipped cream & chocolate sprinkles.

Yields 4 servings.
