This is a good recipe that will let you use the rice cooker instead of getting your stove dirty, or heating up the kitchen. Here is a great way to use your left over sweet potatoes.

Measuring spoons, 1/8 Tsp, 1/4 Tsp, 1/2 Tsp

1-1/4 C Cooked sweet potatoes
1/3 C Sugar
1/2 C Cream
2 Eggs
1/2 Tsp Ground cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
1/4 Tsp Ginger
1/8 Tsp Cloves
1/8 Tsp Salt
1 C Water
1 C Apple cider
