Rice and Strawberry Dessert

1/2 C rice
1/4 tspsalt
2 C milk
2 sugar
1/2 tsp strawberry extract
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 quart strawberries
3 TBS sugar
1 jigger rum
1 jigger curacao
2 C whipping cream




Recipe

Cook rice in milk and salt until tender, add strawberry and vanilla extract, mix and place in refrigerator to cool. Hull and wash strawberries, add sugar and liquers and place in refrigerator for one hour. Estimate 3 TBS strawberries; mash and strain. Whip cream until stiff, addd strained strawberries and blend well. Pour strawberries and liquers on chilled rice. top with whipped cream and serve.
