Grilled Pineapple Salmon

1/4 cup pineapple juice
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp bourbon
1/4 tsp fresh cracked pepper
1/2 tsp minced fresh garlic
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 (8 oz) skinless salmon fillets
Recipe
Combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, bourbon, pepper, garlic, and oil in a bowl. Place the salmon fillets in a glass dish side by side. Pour marinade over; refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours.
Drain, reserving marinade, and grill over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes per side or until fish flakes; during cooking, baste with reserved marinade.
