    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 medium green pepper, sliced julienne
    1/2 medium red pepper, sliced julienne
    1/2 medium yellow pepper, sliced julienne
    1 tbsp. Cajun blackening seasoning
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    4 tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
    5 hoagie rolls, split
    1 (5-6 links) pkg. Hillshire Farm® Smoked Sausage Links





    Recipe



    Combine first seven ingredients in a bowl; toss to coat. Spread 1/2 of butter evenly on the split side of each hoagie roll. In a skillet over medium heat, toast the rolls until golden; set aside. In the same skillet, over medium heat, melt remaining butter. Add vegetable mix and toss to coat. Place links on top of vegetables in skillet and heat for 15-20 minutes, turning the mixture frequently. Once heated through, remove links from skillet and place on toasted rolls. Top with sautéed vegetables and serve.
