4 c. chopped, peeled fresh tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 to 4 Jalapeno peppers, seeded & finely chopped
1 T. oil
1 T. vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. cumin
Salt to taste
Recipe
In bowl, combine all ingredients, mix well. Let stand for about 2 hours. Serve at room temperature. Store in refrigerator.
