4 – New York strip steaks coarse black pepper
Glaze
¼ cup honey
1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons Kentucky Bourbon
1 tablespoon Cholula? Hot Sauce
1 teaspoon minced shallots
¼ teaspoon salt







Recipe



In a small bowl, combine the glaze ingredients.

Rub coarse black pepper on both sides of the New York steaks.

Preheat your Coleman Road Trip GRILL® to medium-high. Place the steaks on the grill and cook until they reach your desired level of doneness.

When the steaks are just about 2 minutes away from being cooked to your liking, brush both sides with the glaze and cook for 1 additional minute on each side. Serve with extra glaze.
