    Beat & Eat Frosting

    This is the frosting used for Cut-Cake Decorating

    List of Ingredients










    1 - egg white

    1/4 teaspoon cream of tarter

    1 teaspoon vanilla

    3/4 cups sugar

    1/4 cup boiling water










    Recipe

    Put all ingredients into a grease free glass or metal mixing bowl.


    Beat on 'high' until stiff peaks form, about 7-8 minutes.






    Final Comments

    This frosting is also called 7-minute Frosting. It is very sweet but is very light and spreads beautifully, something that is needed when icing cut cakes.
