    1930 Butter Pie

    1/2 cup sugar
    1 egg
    1 heaping tablespoon butter
    1 heaping tablespoon flour
    1 cup milk
    Unbaked pastry for a 9 inch pie


    Recipe

    Cream the first four ingredients together until light; add milk and mix well. Pour filling into a deep pie tin lined with unbaked pastry. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until done.
