    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. ground chuck or lean beef
    1/2 cup milk
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup diced onion
    1/4 cup diced green pepper
    1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
    20 crushed ritz crackers (or seasoned crutons soaked in milk)
    1/8 teaspoon rubbed sage
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 cup catsup


    Topping-1/2 cup catsup, 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard (optional for Aunt Janet and Aunt Barb)
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves, 1/4 cup brown sugar.
    Salt and Pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients except topping. Put in loaf pan. Bake approx. 30 minutes on 350*.
    Combine topping ingredients
    in bowl and stir. Put topping on meatloaf and bake another
    20-25 minutes
    {Recipe Note:} This topping is excellent on corned beef
