Rolled Steak Stuffed with Asparagus

3-4 lb flank steak, butterflied
1 lb fresh asparagus
2 TBS prepared horseradish
2 TBS minced garlic
Recipe
Spread horseradish and garlic over the steak. Arrange asparagus spears in a single row over spread. Roll tightly and tie. Roast at 350° F for one hour. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
