List of Ingredients
















1 c white sugar

1 c brown sugar (don't pack)

2 heaping T flour

1/4 t salt

1 beaten egg

1 1/2 c half and half

1 t vanilla

Cinnamon

Approx 1 T butter











Recipe



Mix all ingredients (except butter and cinnamon) well

Sprinkle bottom of unbaked pie crust with cinnamon and pieces of butter

Pour mixture into crust

Bake at 400 degrees until done (knife inserted into center should come out clean)
