    Peanut Pumpkin Pie

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 16 oz cans pumpkin
    • 3/4 Cups honey
    • 1/2 Cup peanut butter
    • 2 TBLSP light molasses
    • 1 tsp. ground mace or nutmeg
    • dash salt
    • 5 eggs
    • 1-1/2 cups dairy sour cream
    • 1/3 cups toasted chopped unsalted peanuts
    • 2 pastry for single-crust pie
    • whipped cream


    Instructions


    1. For filling, in a large mixing bowl combine pumpkin,honey, mace or nutmeg, and salt.

    2. Add eggs. Beat with a fork.Stir in sour cream &1/3 cup nuts.

    3. Add pumpkin filling to pie crusts. Coveredges with foil. Bake 375 degrees oven for

    4. 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake another25 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
