1 chicken cut up into pieces
1 jar apricot jam
1 packet of dry onion soup mix
1 bottle of red french or russian salad dressing

Recipe



Mix all together and pour over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 1 & 1/2 hour. Served over white rice & with a salad that has a tart dressing it is delicious. Sauce will thicken as it cooks and you need to keep basting the chicken with this.
