    Buttermilk-Pecan Crusted Chicken

    List of Ingredients


    1/3c butter
    1c flour
    1c pecans, ground
    1/4 sesame seeds
    1T paprika
    1 1/2t salt
    1/8t pepper
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1c buttermilk
    8 chicjen breast halves, skinned & boned
    1/4c pecans, coarsely chopped


    Recipe

    Melt butter in 13x9x2inch baking dish; set aside. Combine flour & next 5 ingredients. COmbine egg & buttermilk. Dip chicken in egg mixture, & dredge in flour mixture, coating well. Place in baking dish, turning once to coat with butter. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake chicken at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
