List of Ingredients



• Orange Gelatin Ring:
  
• 6 oz orange jello
  
• 2 cups boiling water or fruit from juice
  
• 1 pint orange sherbet
  
• 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
  
• Ambrosia Fruit Salad
  
• 1 can 11oz mandarin oranges, drained
  
• 1 can 13 oz pineapple chunks, drained
  
• 1 cup flaked coconut
  
• 1 cup commercial sour cream or 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
  
• 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  






Instructions



1. For orange gelatin ring: Dissolve gelatin in boiling liquid.
   
2. Immediately add orange sherbet and stir until melted.
   
3. Add oranges. Pour into 1-1/2 qt. ring mold and chill until firm. Unmold and fill center with ambrosia fruit salad.
   
4. Ambrosia Fruit Salad: Mix all ingredients. Chill several hours or overnight.
