Orange Buttermilk Salad

I found this recipe in one of my Taste of Home magazines.
List of Ingredients
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 pkg. (6 oz.) orange-flavored gelatin
2 c. buttermilk
1 carton (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Recipe
In a saucepan,bring pineapple to a boil.
Remove from the heat; add gelatin and stir to dissolve.
Add buttermilk and mix well.
Cool to room temperature.
Fold in whipped topping.
Pour into an 11-in.x 7-in.x 2-in. dish.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Cut into squares.
Yield: 12 servings.

This is good-even my children like it!
