Potato Salad
8 bell peppers--(it is really pretty in the red ones)
paprika
8 celery sticks
Recipe
Prepare bell peppers by cutting off the top and cleaning out all the seeds- you might have to cut just a smidge off the bottom to make your pepper stand up.
rinse bell peppers inside and out and drain well.
Then fill with potato salad.
Garnish by lightly sprinkling paprika on top and adding a celery stick. Remember to keep refrigerated. Last up to 3 days!
