    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb ground beef
    • 1 onion
    • 1/2 pd. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
    • 1 can red kidney beans, drained
    • 1 med. avocado (optional)
    • 1 bag tortilla chips, broken up
    • 1 head lettuce
    • 1 large tomato
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 tablespoons chili powder
    • 1 tablespoon cumin
    • 1 can black olives


    Instructions


    1. saute ground beef with onions, season with salt and pepper, chili powder and cumin.
    2. Then drain and let cool.
    3. Wash lettuce, dry and cut up into small pieces. Add cheese, tomatoes, beans, avocado, olives, meat and onions.
    4. Add chips last. Serve salad tossed with heated flour tortilla's buttered and rolled up.
