List of Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1/2 pd. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can red kidney beans, drained
- 1 med. avocado (optional)
- 1 bag tortilla chips, broken up
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 large tomato
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 can black olives
Instructions
- saute ground beef with onions, season with salt and pepper, chili powder and cumin.
- Then drain and let cool.
- Wash lettuce, dry and cut up into small pieces. Add cheese, tomatoes, beans, avocado, olives, meat and onions.
- Add chips last. Serve salad tossed with heated flour tortilla's buttered and rolled up.
