List of Ingredients
6 large green onion or 1 lg yellow
1 lg head cabbage-chopped
1 bunch celery
1 pkg lipton onion soup mix
Fresh green beans
zuchini
carrots
garlic powder
onion powder
pepper

Definite NO NO'S
NO-BREAD, ALCOHOL,CARBONATED DRINKS-(NOT EVEN DIET DRINKS)
NO FRIED FOODS
STICK WITH WATER, UNSWEETENED TEA, BLACK COFFEE, UNSWEETENED FRUIT JUICE, CRANBERRY JUICE OR SKIMMED MILK
DAY ONE:
Eat all fruits (no bananas) eat only soup and fruits. Cantalope and watermelon are lower in calories than some of the others.
DAY TWO:
Eat all vegetables. Eat until you are stuffed with veggies. Canned or fresh. Stay away from dry beans, peas and corn. Eat all the soup you want.
For dinner today eat a big baked potato with butter. NO FRUIT TODAY
DAY THREE:
All fruit (no bananas) and veggies. Eat all the soup you want.
If you have eaten as directed and not cheated you should lose 5-7 pounds by morning of day 4
DAY FOUR:
Bananas and skim milk. Eat as many as three bananas and drink as many glasses of water as you can on this day.
FIFTH DAY:
Beef and tomatoes. You may have 10-20 oz of beef and a can of tomatoes or as many as six fresh tomatoes on this day. try to drink lots of water today. Continue to eat soup.
SIXTH DAY:
Beef and veggies. You may have 2-3 steaks, salad. Try to eat the soup at least once today.
SEVENTH DAY:
Rice, unsweetened fruit and veggies. stuff yourself.
