List of Ingredients
1 cup fresh diced chicken meat
1/4 cup butter/marg
1/4 cup onion chopped
1/4 cup celery chopped
1/2 green bell pepper finely chopped
2 cooking apples pared & sliced
4 Tblspns plain flour
1 tspn curry powder
6 cups beef stock
1 tspn parsley
2 cloves
1/8 tspn pepper
1 tspn salt
1/8 tspn mace
1 tspn sugar
1 cup tomato pulp
Recipe
Brown chicken in marg on stove top. Add vegetables & apples, cook until browned. Stir in flour & curry powder. When blended add stock slowly, stirring until well mixed. Add seasonings & tomato pulp, cook slowly until chicken is tender. Remove chicken, set aside. Stain soup, forcing vegetables thru a sieve. Return chicken, heat & serve very hot with boiled rice or some cooked rice maybe added to the bowls before the soup
