    1 pound baby carrots
    1 stick melted butter or margarine
    3 eggs
    1 cup sugar
    3 tablespoons flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Recipe



    Pam a 8 inch square baking dish. Cook carrots in salted water until done. Drain. Place margarine, eggs, baking powder and vanilla in blender or processor. Add carrots a little at a time and puree. Pour into dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

    **It does not say when to add the sugar & flour, but I just assumed it went in the processor** I was right!
