Recipe Introduction
My husband eats 3-4 cloves of garlic with his sandwiches and with his dinner. The Drs. say this lowers cholesterol.
If you like garlic, you will like this. It is like eating
a green onion or radish.
List of Ingredients
- 4 cups garlic, peeled
- 4 cups white vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- oregano (to your taste)
Instructions
- In a large pot, put garlic, vinegar, sugar and oregano
- Boil for 1 minute.
- Pour into container. Refrigerate.
