    My husband eats 3-4 cloves of garlic with his sandwiches and with his dinner. The Drs. say this lowers cholesterol.

    If you like garlic, you will like this. It is like eating
    a green onion or radish.


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 cups garlic, peeled
    • 4 cups white vinegar
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • oregano (to your taste)


    Instructions


    1. In a large pot, put garlic, vinegar, sugar and oregano
    2. Boil for 1 minute.
    3. Pour into container. Refrigerate.
