2 pounds (about 12) red new potatoes, scrubbed and cut into quarters
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary OR 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cloves garlic, diced

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Toss together potato quarters, oil, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper in a large roasting pan, to coat potatoes evenly with oil and seasonings.
Roast potatoes in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes, until tender, turn potatoes over halfway through cooking
