Tangerine Glazed Carrots

4 each carrots, thinly sliced (about 4 cups)
2 Tbs. butter (or margarine)
2 each tangerine, zest of
2 each tangerine, juice of
¼ cup honey
Recipe
Method of Production:
Melt butter in sauté pan and add in carrots. Sauté briefly. Add in the zest, the juice of 2 tangerines, and the honey. Stir and cover. Lower to a medium heat and cook for 10 minutes. Carrots are done when tender to the bite and juice has reduced to syrupy consistency.
