Vegetable Casserole

List of Ingredients
1 10 oz. package frozen spinach, thawed but not drained
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can diced green chiles (4 oz.)
1 1/2 cups white rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups water
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
Combine spinach, corn, chiles, soups and spices in a crockpot (at least 3 qt).
Add rice and water. Stir until mixed well.
Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
Sprinkle cheese on top, and cook 5 mins longer, or until cheese is melted.
** I stirred the cheese into the mixture after it was cooked instead of leaving it on top.
