1 Cup Buttermilk
1 Cup Wesson Oil
2 Cups Sugar
4 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon Lemon Flavor (real Lemon Juice)
1 Pinch Salt
2 1/2 Cups Flour, sifted
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder (rounded)
Recipe
Mix above ingredients in the order listed, blending very well.
Pour batter into a greased and floured Bundt cake pan and bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
Dust cake with powdered sugar.
