2 Cups All-purpose Flour
2 Cups Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Stick Butter
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Wesson Oil
3 Tablespoons Cocoa
2 Whole Eggs, well beaten
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Cup Buttermilk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Recipe



In a bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt, stir and mix well.

Put butter, water, Wesson oil and cocoa in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and pour over the above flour mixture, blending well.

In another bowl, put the beaten eggs, soda, buttermilk and vanilla, stirring well. Add the egg and buttermilk mixture to this mixture, blending thoroughly. (Batter will be thin.)

Bake in a greased and floured cookie sheet with sides, at least 151/2x101/2" at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until done. Prepare Chocolate Cookie Sheet Cake Icing before the cake is through baking.
