List of Ingredients
1/2 Cup Butter
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
3 Cups Coconut Flakes
2 Ounces Bittersweet ChocolateRecipe
Line a baking sheet with waxed paper and set aside.
Over low heat, melt butter in medium-size saucepan. When melted, remove from heat and add powdered sugar. Mix well. Then stir in coconut. Shape into 1" balls. Lightly press index finger in the middle of each ball, making a small hole with chocolate.
In a heavy saucepan over low heat, carefuly melt chocolate. Using a small teaspoon, fill each "hole". Chill.
Yield: 36 candies
