2 Cups Marshmallow Creme
1 Can Evaporated Milk (12 oz)
1 Pkg. Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips (12 oz)
4 Cups Sugar
¼ Lb. Butter or MargarineRecipe
Place the evaporated milk, butter and sugar in a saucepan and cook to 238 degrees on a candy thermometer, or until it forms a soft ball when tested in cold water. Stir often to keep from burning.
Remove from heat and fold in chocolate chips and Marshmallow Creme. When chocolate chips are melted, pour into a greased 8x13" pan. Cool and put in refrigerator until firm.
VARIATIONS:
~ 1 Cup Chopped Nuts
~ In place of chopped nuts, just before pouring fudge, dip large walnut halves into mixture. Cool on waxed paper.
