Beef Tips in Mushroom Sauce

List of Ingredients
2 Pounds Lean Beef, cut into 1- to 3/4-inch pieces
10 3/4 Ounces Cream of Mushroom Soup, fat-free
1 Package Onion Soup Mix, dry
1 Can Mushrooms, drained (my addition)
1 Can Sugar-free 7-up
Hot cooked Rice (my addition)
Recipe
Put meat in crockpot. Pour soup and soup mix over meat. Add 7-Up. Cook all day on LOW (or HIGH for 4 hours) Turn off 30 minutes before serving.
I made a light cornstarch and water mixture to thicken soup a little.
Serve soup ladled over hot rice.
