1 Cup Flour, sifted
� Cup Chocolate Malted Milk Powder
� Teaspoon Baking Powder
� Teaspoon Salt
6 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons SugarRecipe
Sift together the first four ingredients. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in dry ingredients with butter and sugar.
Reserving � cup, press remaining mixture into bottom and 1}" up side of ungreased 9" springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, and bake the reserved � cup crumbs on baking sheet for 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool crust and crumbs. Use toasted crumbs to decorate top of the cheesecake.
