4 Chicken Breast Halves, skinned and boned*
½ Cup Italian Salad Dressing
2 ½ Cups Cornflakes, crushed
*4 (½-inch thick) center-cut Pork Chops may be substitutedRecipe
Place chicken (or pork chops) in a shallow dish or zip-top plastic bag; add salad dressing. Cover or seal; refrigerate 1 hour. Remove from marinade, discarding marinade.
Dredge chicken in cornflakes; place on a rack in a broiler pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender.
