1 Cup Crisco
1 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
½ Cup Granulated White Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 Cups All-purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs
2 Cups Chocolate Chips (11.5 Oz Pkg)

Recipe



Cream together Crisco, brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla extract. To this mixture, add the two eggs and beat well.

In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Add this mixture to the creamed mixture, mixing well; then stir in chocolate chips and blend thoroughly.

Spread mixture in a pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees until done. After cookie has cooled, decorate as desired.

YIELD: 1 large pizza pan cookie and one small pizza pan cookie.
