    72 Hot Red Peppers
    2 Cloves Garlic, minced
    2 Cups Water
    2 Tablespoons Sugar
    1 Teaspoon Plain Salt
    4 Teaspoons Grated Horseradish
    2 Cups Distilled White Vinegar

    Recipe



    Wash peppers and combine with garlic. Place in saucepan with water; cover and cook until very tender. Press through sieve. Add remaining ingredients and cook until thickened. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal. Process in boiling water bath 10 minutes.

    YIELD: about 4 half pints
