    2 Lbs. Small Tender Beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 Teaspoon Red Pepper
    2 Cloves Garlic
    4 Large Heads Dill
    1/4 Cup Salt
    1 Pint Vinegar

    Recipe



    Pack beans into hot sterilized pint jars. Add 1/4 teaspoon red pepper, 1/2 clove garlic and 1 head dill to each jar.

    Combine 2 cups water, salt and vinegar in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour over beans, leaving 1/2-inch head space; seal. Process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes.

    Yield: 4 pints
