    This is sooooo very good! Serve it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a truly decadent experience.

    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg Blueberry Muffin Mix that has canned blueberries inside (cheap kind is fine)
    2 cans Peach Pie Filling
    1 teaspoons Almond Extract (I use 2 teaspoons)
    1 teaspoon Cinnamon
    1/4 cup Sugar
    3/4 stick Butter
    Nuts as desired (walnut or pecan) I use pecan halves
    ½ cup Sugar
    1 teaspoon Cinnamon

    Recipe



    Blend together the blueberry mix (reserve the canned blueberries), 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 cup sugar; cut in the butter and sit mixture aside.

    In a 13x9" baking dish, mix pie fillings, ½ cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and almond extract; blend well. Fold canned blueberries (which have been well drained) into this mixture.

    Spread the dry ingredients (blueberry mix, cinnamon, sugar and butter) on top of the pie filling mix, spreading to cover pie filling. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Take out of oven and top with pecan halves, then continue to bake 10-15 minutes longer until the topping browns lightly.
