Cool Sugar-Free Strawberry Pie

1 Pkg Jell-o Fat-free, Sugar-free Instant Pudding Mix, vanilla
1 Pkg. Jell-o Fat-free, Sugar-free Gelatin, Strawberry
8 Oz. Cool Whip Lite®
1 1/2 Cups Milk, Skim
2 Cups Fresh Strawberries, sliced

Recipe



Blend instant pudding and milk with a wire whisk. Let set.

Add ¾ cup boiling water to Strawberry Jell-O. Stir until dissolved. Then add enough ice cubes to make 1 ½ cups of liquid. This will cool it down.

Add half of Cool Whip to pudding. Blend well. Then add Strawberry Jell-O to this and blend with wire whisk.

Pour into chilled parfait or wine glasses, layering strawberries between layers of pudding blend. Chill until ready to serve.

When serving, add dollops of French Vanilla Cool Whip and a strawberry fan to the top. Keep refrigerated.
