Sugar-Free Pecan Pie

3 tbsp. Margarine
1 3/4 cups Splenda sugar substitute
3 eggs slightly beaten
1 cup Cary’s brand sugar-free syrup
Pinch salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
1-2 cups chopped pecans PLUS extra for decoration, if desired
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
Recipe
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, cream margarine and Splenda. Add eggs, syrup, salt, vanilla, and pecans; mix well.
Pour into pie shell. Top with whole pecans for decoration, if desired. Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
