    2/3 Cup Hershey's Cocoa
    5 1/3 Cups Unsifted Confectioner's Sugar
    2/3 Cup Milk
    2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract

    Beat butter in medium-size bowl with electric mixer until fluffy. Beat in cocoa; then beat in confectioner's sugar, alternating with the milk and vanilla, until mixture is smooth and spreadable.
