¼ Cup Cocoa
¼ Cup Butter
¼ Cup Milk
2 Teaspoons Vanilla

Recipe



Combine sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil one minute. Remove from heat. Stir until partially cool and add vanilla extract.

Spread over cake.
