    List of Ingredients




    1 Cup Diced Celery
    3/4 Cup Chopped Onion
    ½ Cup Chopped Green Pepper
    1 Garlic Clove, minced
    ½ Cup Chicken Stock
    1 Can Mushroom Pieces (4 oz) drained
    1 Can Stewed Tomatoes (16 oz)
    1 Teaspoon Salt
    1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
    ½ Lb. Shredded Processed Cheese Loaf
    8 Oz. Spaghetti, cooked
    3 Lb. Fryer, cooked, deboned and diced
    Ripe Olives, sliced or chopped for garnish

    Microwave celery, onion, green pepper and garlic in chicken stock 3-4 minutes on HIGH. Combine with mushroom pieces, tomatoes, salt, pepper, cheese, spaghetti and chicken.

    Place in a 2-quart glass casserole and top with olives. Cover with lid or plastic wrap and microwave 10 minutes on 70 percent power (Medium-High) or until completely heated through.

    YIELD: 8 servings
