    I have had this recipe so long, I don't recall where I got it.

    List of Ingredients




    2 Cups Dry Mustard
    1 Bottle Guinness Extra Stout Beer (12 oz)
    1 Cup Packed Dark Brown Sugar
    2 Teaspoons Salt
    ½ Teaspoon Turmeric

    Recipe



    Put dry mustard in a 2-quart glass batter bowl. Using a whisk, gradually blend in beer. Whisk in sugar, salt and turmeric.

    Whisking midway through cooking, microwave on High power 4 to 5 minutes, or until mixture just begins to boil. Pour into glass jars and let set for a week to season. This is very hot.

    YIELD: 3 cups
