9 Sot Coconut Macaroon Cookies, finely crushed
1 Cup Pecans, ground
3 Tablespoons Butter

Recipe



Finely crush macaroon cookies with a rolling pin in a zip loc bag, making about 2 cups crushed cookies.

In a large mixing bowl, stir together the crushed macaroons, pecans and butter. Press mixture onto pie plate and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
