    Polly-o Ricotta Cheese

    List of Ingredients




    1 Envelope Knox Unflavored Gelatine
    1/4 Cup Water
    1 1/2 Cups Polly-o Fat Free Ricotta Cheese
    4 Oz. Philadelphia Neufchatel Cheese, 1/2 of 8 oz. pkg, softened
    1/2 Cup Sugar
    1/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    1 Oreo Pie Crust (6 Oz.)

    SPRINKLE gelatin over water in 1-cup microwavable measuring cup; let stand 1 minute. Microwave on HIGH 40 seconds or until gelatin dissolves. Stir; let stand for 3 minutes.

    PLACE ricotta cheese, Neufchatel cheese, sugar and cocoa powder in food processor or electric blender container; cover. Blend until smooth. While blending, through feed cap, gradually add in gelatin
    mixture, blending until smooth.

    POUR mixture into prepared crust. Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours. Top with COOL WHIP Whipped Topping before serving, if desired.

    Use Your Stove Top: Sprinkle gelatin over water in small saucepan; let stand 1 minute. Stir on low heat until gelatin completely dissolves, about 2 minutes.
