    Recipe Introduction


    I was experimenting in the kitchen one evening with some chicken strips I had purchased, and came up with this recipe. It was an instant hit with Stuart!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
    • 1 tsp. Poultry seasoning
    • ¾ tsp. garlic salt
    • ½ tsp. Paprika
    • ¼ tsp. Pepper
    • 1/8 to ¼ tsp. Cayenne pepper
    • 1½ lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into ½” strips
    • 2 Tbsp. Butter, or margarine
    • Italian parsley
    • Chili peppers, optional


    Instructions


    1. In a large, resealable plastic bag combine flour, poultry seasoning, garlic salt, paprika, pepper and cayenne pepper. Add chicken, half at a time, and shake to coat.
    2. In a large skillet, cook chicken in butter for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the juices run clear. Garnish with parsley and peppers, if desired.


    Final Comments


    This will serve 4 hungry adults.
