    Source of Recipe

    My recipe

    List of Ingredients

2 Whole Broiler-fryer Chicken Breasts, halved, deboned, skinned and flattened
    ½ Teaspoon Seasoned Salt
    1/8 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Pkg. Frozen Chopped Spinach (10 oz) thawed and well-drained
    ½ Cup Minced Green Onions
1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 Can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (10-3/4 oz) undiluted
    2 Tablespoons Light (coffee) Cream
    1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tablespoons Toasted Buttered Bread Crumbs

    Recipe

Sprinkle seasoned salt and paprika on flattened chicken breasts. In a bowl, mix spinach and green onions. Place one tablespoon spinach mixture on each chicken breast half. Place one tablespoon cheese on top of spinach mixture. Roll chicken, jelly-roll fashion, and secure with wooden picks.

In a large shallow glass baking dish, mix soup, cream, Worcestershire sauce, remaining cheese and remaining spinach mixture. Microwave on High two minutes; stir; microwave about two minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

Place chicken breast rolls in glass dish in soup mixture. Spoon soup mixture over chicken; top with crumbs. Sprinkle paprika on top of crumbs. Cover with wax paper.

Microwave about 20 minutes or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease. Let stand, covered, five minutes.

    YIELD: 4 servings
